We present job ready candidates, and provide on-the-job training once they’re hired.
Your payroll or ours – You can hire workers directly or you can *contract with Commercial Support Services to provide production support at your job site.
How it works:
Job Analysis – One of our Supported Employment Coordinators will be happy to meet with you for a free “Job Analysis”, and to answer any questions you may have.
Screening – Next we’ll screen candidates for the job, presenting you with one or more prospective applicants.
When you’re ready to hire – Once you make your hiring decision, we assign a Job Coach to your new employee. Your worker and our Job Coach will then train side-by-side. The Coach will stay on the job until training is completed to your satisfaction.
A “Work Crew” instead – You may have a job that requires a group of workers, rather than an individual. In this case, we can provide a “Work Crew” with a permanent supervisor from our coaching staff.
